Shipping policy

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 199 is applied on orders under Rs. 3,000. On orders of Rs. 3,000 and above, delivery is FREE — this is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Delivery charges (if any) and the product price are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your city and courier availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team confirms it (usually by phone call or WhatsApp) before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable so our rider can contact you for delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with your tracking details where available.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or our Contact page with your order number, and we will look into it right away.
